You must provide accurate information when creating a partner account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind the organization you register on the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other tenants, disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant BillPortal a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and service levels may be described separately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive by their nature.

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. BillPortal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
